The West Tamar has many pontoons and boat ramps scattered throughout our municipality, with various features. Search through the Map or list below to find one near you.
Our Pontoons are controlled under the Marine Facilities By-Law which sets out the use of marine facilities with signage indicating that it is under the ownership and management of Council.
For the safety and consideration of others please observe signage on site which sets out the guidelines of use including maximum load, available mooring time and vessel size.
All maintenance concerns, inappropriate behaviour, or vandalism should be reported to the West Tamar Council on 03 6323 9300, via wtc@wtc.tas.gov.au or after hours on 1300 153 153.
