– Outline the roles/responsibilities of any group members, volunteers, service providers and/or contractors who will be undertaking work on this project.
– If applicable, how will you market/advertise your project

Economic Engagement

Outline clear engagement and partnerships with the community, service providers and other businesses.

This may include:
– How does the project deliver a benefit to the West Tamar
– Details of how the project is inclusive
– Letters of support (copies submitted with the application)

Detail the items of expenditure that Council funding will be used for.

Reminder

For grant applications over $1000, applicants must contribute at least 10 per cent of the overall financial cost of the project, or have this funding confirmed from an external source. In-kind labour is not an eligible income source and only donations of labour from qualified professionals may be included in the income description (when supported in writing by the contractor/provider).

I agree to liaise with Council, should my application be successful, if there are any changes to the project and to submit and acquittal form within six (6) weeks of the project’s completion.

Once the project is finalised, it is a requirement that an acquittal form is completed within 6 weeks and no later than 1 May 2025 (where a grant application is approved within 6 weeks of 1 May 2025, the project must still be acquitted and completed no later than the 1 May 2025).
